Needs a couple more threads on the cap...
I bought 10 of these to keep in stock... always building something. After mounting and soldering one, I tried the 10A AGC fuse I had brought from the shop and it wouldnt go in. Tried that fuse in the remaining 9 holders, no go. OK, maybe MPJA sent me the 36087 5X20MM holders by mistake. Went back to the shop with one of the spare holders and the 10A AGC fuse, really needed an 8A rather than the 10A I had grabbed anyway due to 18AWG wiring I had settled on. Tried a 5X20MM fuse in the holder and no continuity. Tried a box of five 8A AGC fuses I had bought from MPJA years ago, none would let the cap screw in. Finally found a genuine Buss 8A AGC that would, but with extreme effort. Took it back to the project site and the fuse would not screw in with the cap on the installed fuseholder. Finally got the fuse in the installed holder using the cap on the test fuseholder that had caught. My tests told me that for $1.10 you _may_ get lucky and get a holder with a cap that has _barely_ enough thread to catch and save you some bucks over a genuine Buss HKP. Since we are working with 115VAC here, I would suggest MPJA do their own tests of this product before selling it to some newbie and it burns their parents house down. Just the opinion of a licensed electrician with 59 years as an electronics hobbiest. Oh, and would be nice to be able to use an apostrophe in your reviews, too.
